The protection of your personal data is important to us. We process your data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

What data we process

When you contact us via a form or request a quote, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, contact details, information about your current insurance) solely to answer your enquiry and to prepare a premium comparison.

Disclosure to third parties

Your data is only passed on to insurers if this is necessary to prepare a quote or take out insurance and you have consented to it. The website and the forms are provided via the hosting provider Netlify. An uploaded policy is stored there and used only by us to process your enquiry.

The footer of the website contains a Trustpilot widget (Trustpilot A/S, Copenhagen) that allows you to rate us voluntarily. When the widget loads, your IP address is transmitted to Trustpilot. Trustpilot’s privacy policy applies to reviews.

Your rights

You can request information about your stored data at any time and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. To do so, please contact info@neutrale-versicherungsberatung.com.
